Attorney-at-Law Lyuben Todev participated in an Anniversary conference in honour of acad. Lyuben Vassilev on the topic “Recent problems of private law”, organized by the Institute for State and Law of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

On the 16^th and 17^th of September 2021 was held an Anniversary conference in honour of 110 years from the birth of acad. Lyuben Vassilev on the topic “Recent problems of private law”, organized by the Institute for State and Law of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Attorney-at-Law Lyuben Todev participated in the conference and presented a report on the topic of “Problems of the electronic form of expressions of will and electronic trust services in private law”. Within the scope of the report fall the problems, related to the application of documents in electronic form in the sphere of private-law-relations and the significance of electronic trust services for establishing the author, integrity and contents of a document, as well as the moments of its sending and receipt.
