The Ball of the German Economy in Bulgaria

On 27 October, it was for the first time that the 19^th Ball of the German Economy took place in Plovdiv on the eve of its upcoming hosting of the European Capital of Culture in 2019. The glamorous event brought together more than 300 representatives of business and politics. Ms Maria Endreva, attorney-at-law and Ms Zlatina Gadzheva represented Dobrev & Lyutskanov Law Firm at the traditional ball. As well as an excellent networking platform, the event offered the pleasure of an outstanding entertainment programme in which the Plovdiv State Opera opened the special night with the performance of popular arias and duets. Dobrev & Lyutskanov Law Firm took part in the charity initiative of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce by presenting its traditional gift. It was announced at the event that the 2018 bilateral trade exchange between Bulgaria and Germany was expected to reach the record level of EUR 8 billion. The ball of the German economy was held under the auspices of H.E. Mr. Herbert Salber, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bulgaria.
