Roumen Lyutskanov
Румен Люцканов е един от основателите на Адвокатско дружество „Добрев и Люцканов”.
Адв. Люцканов оглавява следните отдели: Банково и финансово право, Съдебни спорове и алтернативно разрешаване на спорове, Недвижими имоти и строителство, Инфраструктура, транспорт и комуникации, Трудово право и имиграция, Несъстоятелност, Околна среда и природни ресурси. Има значителен опит в областта на Корпоративното право и преобразуване на търговски дружества.
Румен Люцканов е магистър по право (1984 г.) от Софийски университет „Св. Климент Охридски”. Специализирал е в областта на морското право.
Член е на Софийска адвокатска колегия.
Член и основател на Българската комисия на юристите – национална секция на Международната комисия на юристите.
Член на Българската асоциация по международно право.
Адв. Румен Люцканов е член на Управителния съвет на Българския съвет за устойчиво развитие (BGBC).
