Roumen Lyutskanov

Roumen Lyutskanov is co-founder of DOBREV & LYUTSKANOV Law Firm and is Partner since 1989.

Mr. Lyutskanov heads the following departments: Banking & Finance; Litigation and ADR; Real Estate and Construction; Infrastructure, Transport and Communication; Employment and Immigration; Insolvency; Environment and Utilities. He has extensive experience in the field of Corporate and M&A.

Roumen has graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (LL.M. 1984). He has specialized in the sphere of Maritime Law.

Member of the Sofia Bar Association.

Founding member of the Bulgarian Commission of Jurists, a national branch of the International Commission of the Jurists.

Member of the Bulgarian Association of International Law, Sofia.

Mr. Roumen Lyutskanov is Member of the Board at Bulgarian Green Building Council (BGBC) and the only Attorney-At-Law in Central and Eastern Europe who is a Certified International Consultant of DGNB.
