Lyuben Todev, Attorney-at-Law, has acquired the academic degree of Doctor of Law, having presented a thesis on Legal facts in the virtual environment

On February 4, 2025, the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia hosted the public defense of the doctoral thesis of Mr. Lyuben Todev, Attorney-at-Law. Having received positive reviews by all members of the panel, the defense ended with Mr. Todev being awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Law for his thesis on Legal facts in the virtual environment.
