Dobrev &Lyutskanov Law Firm successfully consultedthe GlobeCap Investment company which is backed by ID Global, a privately-owned Saudi Arabian commercial conglomerate, in an investment deal worth EUR 2.5 million. Our client GlobeCap Investment, together with Black Peak Capital, a co-investment growth equity fund under the JEREMIE initiative, concluded an investment deal for the biggest Bulgarian tour operator ASTRAL HOLIDAYS. In its capacity of a legal consultant to the investment agreement, Dobrev &Lyutskanov Law Firm was represented by Mr Rumen Lyutskanov, attorney-at-law.
